Lovenia will be missed by all who knew her. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great, great grandmother.
Lovenia loved the simple things in life. Her family was her priority and she loved to serve others. She loved company and the more the merrier. She was a wonderful cook. She never hesitated to help someone in need. God allowed her to live a long, wonderful life to touch so many lives in a positive way until her last day on this earth.
Lovenia is survived by her two loving daughters, Peggy Landry and her significant other, Don Gaspar, and Sibyl Falgout and her husband, Robert “Bobby” Falgout; four wonderful grandchildren, Cherie Ibert and her husband Geoff, Craig Landry and his wife Jennifer, Shane Falgout and his wife Brittany and Eden Lydia Falgout; eight great grandchildren, Brittney Rhodes , Ava Landry, Trevor Landry, Emberlyn Falgout, Harper Falgout, Zoey Falgout, Jenna Duhon and Abigail Duhon and one great-great grandchild, Ripkin James.
She was reunited in heaven with her husband, Clarence Percle; her parents, Gus and Lydia Gros Gaspard; and her siblings, Delta Duval, Prosser Gaspard, Gus Gaspard Jr., and Aaron Gaspard and two great grandchildren, Madison Duhon and Ariel Landry.
The family requests that a time of visitation and remembrance be observed on Monday, September 21, 2026 from 9:30am until time of services which will begin at 12 noon at Hargrave Funeral Home in Morgan City. Following services, Lovenia will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery alongside her beloved husband, Clarence. Ordained Minister, Ray Robicheaux, her beloved friend, will preside over Lovenia’s services. Eulogy’s to be given by her wonderful daughters, Peggy Landry and Sibyl Falgout, and her loving granddaughter Cherie Ibert.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Hargrave Funeral Home of Morgan City, Louisiana.
