

Pat was known as a hard-working man whose steady dedication showed through a life of providing for those he loved. Working offshore as a cook, he took pride in his craft, and his talent for making delicious meals became a cherished part of family life...food prepared with care, shared with gratitude, and remembered with warmth.
Beyond his work, Pat found enjoyment in boxing and in watching sports, especially football and basketball. He will be greatly missed, remembered with deep respect and enduring affection by all who knew and loved him.
Those left to cherish Pat wonderful memory are his daughter, Keysi Guidry; son-in-law, Timothy Guidry; three grandsons, Chaise Melancon, Tahj Melancon, and Cullen Melancon; one great grandson, Ashton Melancon; his brother, Carl Ross and his wife, Timika; one sister, Debra Joseph and her husband, Eugine; and nephews, Carl "C.J." Ross Jr., Preston Hopkins, Kyler Ross,
He was reunited in heaven with his father, Premos Ross Sr.; his mother, Amy Harris Bartley; his stepfather, Caleb Bartley; his son, Primos "P.J." Johnson; one brother , Wayne Ross and sister, Carolyn Ann Ross.
A time of memorial visitation will be held for Pat on Saturday, June 6, 2026 from 12noon until 4:00pm with a celebration of life beginning at 3:00pm all at Hargrave Funeral Home of Morgan City, Louisiana.
