Theresa Richard

November 13, 1923 - April 12, 2013

Theresa LeBlanc Percle Richard, native of Ville Platte, and a lifelong resident of Morgan City and Berwick, passed away at the age of 89, on Friday, April 12, 2013, at Mercy Regional Hospital in Ville Platte.

Theresa was a member of The New Life Assemble of God in Ville Platte.

Theresa is survived by her husband Danny Richard of Ville Platte; her sons Paul Percle and wife Jessie of Berwick, Mark Percle and his wife Vianna of Patterson, Cheyenne Percle Sr. of Ville Platte; two daughters Nyoka Lee Hebert and her husband Minos of Morgan City, and Noilie Oncale and her husband Al of Gray; her 20 grandchildren Thomas Percle , Tammy Clements , Lisa Aucoin , Nicole Johnson , Cheyenne Percle Jr. , Cassy Percle , Ricky Landry , Toni Adams, Carla Percle, Paula Percle, Shelia Percle , Paul Percle Jr., Jackson Percle , Alicia Ortego, Leslie Aucoin, Steve Percle Jr., Nicklas Percle, Tamika Percle, Derick Percle and Skyle Percle; her 32 great-grandchildren; 20 great-great-grandchildren; and one sister-in-law Janice Aucoin and her husband Larry of Amelia.

Theresa is preceded in death by her parents; Oscar LeBlanc and Noilie Dupont LeBlanc; her first husband Adam Percle Sr.; her two sons Adam Percle Jr. and Steve Percle Sr.; and one grandson Mark Aucoin Jr.

A gathering of family and friend will be held Friday, April 19, 2013 at Hargrave Funeral Home from 10 am until 2 pm. A going home celebration will begin at 2 pm in the Hargrave Funeral Home Chapel; Officiated by Rev. David Plunkett.
