Tilton "Peewee" Noel Driskill Jr.

October 26, 1943May 24, 2019

Tilton Noel Driskill Jr., a native and lifelong resident of Berwick, passed away on Friday, May 24, 2019 at the age of 75.

Known best as Peewee, Tilton was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He enjoyed both playing and watching all kinds of sports but was an avid Saints and LSU fan. He also immensely enjoyed playing fantasy football. To provide for his family, Tilton worked offshore in the oilfield as a production operator until his retirement in 2012. After his retirement, Peewee dedicated his time to making beautiful memories with his family and friends. This was done by spending time with one another and often traveling to places like Disney, Tennessee, Texas, Arkansas and so many more destinations. Peewee was a talkative gentleman who never met a stranger. He would talk to anyone at anytime. A humorous person, he loved to laugh and share stories. Peewee was admired and respected by all who knew him.

Those left to cherish Peewee's wonderful memory is his wife of 49 years, Jeanette Driskill of Berwick; two daughters, Jessica Kern and her husband, Mark, of Thibodaux and Dana Bourgeois of Thibodaux; his grandchildren, Courtney, Matthew, Allison, and Sara; his brother, Henry Driskill and his wife, Beverly of Opelousas; and numerous brothers & sister-in-laws and nieces & nephews.

He joined in heaven his parents, Tilton Driskill Sr. and Florence Robin; a brother, Everett Driskill; and two sisters, Winnie Menard and Madilyn Bancroft.

The family requests that a time of visitation be observed on Monday, May 27, 2019 from 9am until time of services at 11am at Hargrave Funeral Home. Following services, Peewee will be laid to rest in the Berwick Mausoleum.
