

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Treyton Russell Lloyd Desormeaux, age 21, who left this world far too soon and was called home on June 6, 2025 at University Hospital in New Orleans, LA, surrounded by his loving family and friends.
Treyton was a kind, selfless soul whose greatest joy in life was helping others. Whether it was through his everyday actions, or simply being there for friends and strangers alike, Treyton had a heart made for service.Treyton was a gentle giant of a young man with the biggest and softest heart you would ever see. He enjoyed playing his video games, but his heart and soul was wrestling.
True to his giving nature, even in death, Treyton continued to save lives through the gift of organ donation. His final act of generosity has brought hope and healing to multiple families and stands as a testament to the compassionate spirit he carried throughout his life.
Treyton will be forever missed by his father, Shane Desormeaux; his mother, Alesha Vidos Desormeaux; one sister, Toryn Parnell; one brother, Aiden Desormeaux; great-grandmother, Rosa Desormeaux; paternal grandparents, Kevin and Helen Devalcourt; maternal grandparents, Metz and Debra Vidos; his godfather, Tony Desormeaux; his godmother, Amanda Vidos. Treyton is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, who were more like brothers and sisters to him.
Treyton is proceded in death by his grandfather, Russell Dupuy; his paternal great-grandfather, Antione Desormeaux; a baby sibling; maternal great-grandparents, Lloyd and Josephine Aucoin; three uncles, Anthony Desormeaux, Lloyd James Vidos, and Wayne Vidos.
Pallbearers will be Kane Mason, Kaiden Adams, Chris Chauvin, Aiden Desormeaux, Dylan Gros, Breydon Gros, Jessie Vidos and Tristan Hamilton.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Shane Desormeaux, Jacob Gachassin, Phillip Posten and Steve Miller.
Treyton's legacy lives on in the lives he touched—and in those he saved, and he will be deeply loved and missed, until we meet again.....

The family request that a time of visitation and remebrance be observed on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at Hargrave Funeral Home from 9:30am until time of services which will begin at 12noon with Pastor Mark Gowan officiating. Following services, Treyton will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery.
