Vivian Agnes Steib

Today The Lord called home the strongest woman we know, our sweet Mother Vivian Agnes Deion Steib. She was such a loving, kind woman loved by all who knew her. She always loved spending time with her family and playing with her great grandchildren. She enjoyed visiting with her many friends.

Though she faced many struggles in her life, she always remained positive. She faced many battles with cancer and fought each and every one of them every step of the way.

Waiting to receive her in heaven are her parents, Calvin and Myrtle Deion. Her infant son, Allen Preston. The love of her life, Edward Steib. One brother, Lester Deion. Three sisters, Isabelle Deion Loga, Della Deion, and Victoria Deion.

Left to grieve her on this earth are her two loving daughters,who cared for her in her final days, Lisa Price and her husband Charlie and Sandra Woodard and her husband Doc. She will also be missed by her four cherished grandchildren and two adored great grandchildren, Krista Wiggins and her husband Curtis, Kristopher Price and his husband Jonathan, Mindy Woodard, Shelby Woodard, Maddox Pellerin, and Piper Wiggins. Also her grandson Francis Steib Jr.

A gathering will be held on Friday, November 18, 2016 at Hargrave Funeral Home from 6pm - 9pm to say Farwell and share fond memories.
