Clayton E. Martin

Clayton E. Martin, 61, of Mount Morris, Pennsylvania passed away at 7:00 AM on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 in the Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV. He was born December 10, 1962 in Waynesburg, PA, a son of the late Frank Martin and Jeanetta (Hood) Martin. Clayton was associated with the Mount Morris Gospel Tabernacle Assembly of God. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post #992 in Mount Morris. He was a scrap collector, and enjoyed mowing grass and drinking beer. Clayton loved to attend High Point Races in Mount Morris and spending time with his children, grandchildren and fur babies. He was a tire mechanic at Mount Morris Tire for many years. His Wife: Bonnie (Chapman) Martin, whom he married on July 4, 2010 survives. Also surviving are 1 Daughter: Emily Cumberledge and Stephen Webster of Maidsville, WV, 2 Step-Daughters: Amy and Larry Fordyce of Scio, OH, Zora and Wyatt Policz of Jefferson, PA, 1 Step-Son: Jeremy Swaniger of Waynesburg, PA, 2 Granddaughters, 1 Grandson, several sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews. Deceased are 3 Brothers. At the request of the family, there will be no visitation or services at this time. A Celebration of Life gathering at the American Legion Post #992 in Mount Morris will be announced at a later date.
