She was born December 8, 1943 in Waynesburg, PA, a daughter of the late Harold Roupe and Wilma Hamilton Roupe. Mrs. Cummins enjoyed helping her husband and was a homemaker. Her Husband: Richard C. Cummins, whom she married on August 1, 1975 survives. Also surviving are 2 Sons: Herbert LeeRoy (Debbie) Cheek of Martinsburg, WV and George M. (Sherrie) Cummins of Waynesburg, PA, 2 Grandchildren and 1 Step-Grandson, 2 Sisters: Loretta (George) Sanders of Wana, WV and Jo Black of Waynesburg, PA, 1 Brother: Michael Roupe of Wana, WV and several nieces and nephews.
