Andrew John Sherrell Sr.

Andrew John Sherrell, Sr., aged 37, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 5, 2024, in Muskegon, Michigan. Born and raised in Muskegon, Andrew was the beloved son of Douglas Ray (Barbara Crews) Sherrell, Sr.

Andrew was a dedicated contractor, proficient in various aspects of construction. He found joy in roofing, drywall work, and any task that challenged him. Known for his humor and straightforwardness, Andrew was a caring and generous individual who always sought to bring laughter to those around him.

During his free time, Andrew often sought refuge in the tranquil beauty of the beach. There, with his guitar in hand, he would sing heartfelt melodies that resonated with his spirit. He treasured moments of stillness and relaxation, often accompanied by a cold beer, savoring life's little pleasures. Andrew will be remembered by all who knew him.

Andrew is preceded in death by his; grandfather.

He is survived by his parents, Douglas Ray Sherrell, Sr. and Barbara Crews; his children, Andrew John Sherrell, Jr., Keith Allen Sherrell, and Dameon Blaze Sherrell; his brother, Douglas Ray (Reva) Sherrell; his sister, Jessica Gomez; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.

Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of Andrew's life will be held at a later date to honor the beautiful memories he leaves behind.
