Anthony was a very special person that you only see once in a great while. Filled with joy, energy, love for others friends and new people alike he was the epitomy of CARING FOR OTHERS. I watched him many many times on the bus we always road reach out in kindness to help people he never knew, to support a friend who was going through a hard time, to help people with their groceries find a place for them onthe bus or to just lend a hand or a smile or an ear to someone having a rough day. To friends he was gold. Always willing to cheer you up, argue about who was best Michigan or Michigan State and regardless of who might winthe argument or so others thought to him MICHIGAN was the team period ! Even when he didnt feel so great he always was willing to listen and cheer up another person or when he got off the bus to make a run tot he store he would be willing to pick up something for someone in a seconds notice. Sure like anyone he had days and those days he would sit quietly but they were few and far between. Most of the time he was laughing, joking, or enjoying others with a happy glint in his eyes and a quick wit about him that was infectious to all those around him. Always sharp about the time he kept track of it an when it was time for the bus to go he let us all know including the driver :) You could always count on him to keep us ON TIME and to those of us running behind we were greatful. I personally saw him do so many things to help others it was a blessing just watching him. That cheery attitude, ready cheery comment, and a good verbal coutenance he always broght joy to most around him. Anthony was a gift from God to us, shared for a period of time as God put him there to do and then when it was time for him to come home to heaven it leaves us with an empty place in our hearts. We ALL were blessed by having been lucky enough to have him in our lives for a period of time and i will never forget his great smile and hearty laugh. THANK YOU ANTHONY :)
