Chuck attended Orchard View Schools until the age of 17, when he left to pursue a career as a machinist at Shaw Walker, which later became Knoll. Chuck held his machinist job with the company for his entire working career. In his younger years he enjoyed going to hockey games. In his free time, he liked to spend his days outside working on his lawn. A bit of a perfectionist, he prided himself with having a beautiful yard. Chuck was also an animal lover and always enjoyed the company of a 4-legged friend - especially his english bulldog, Cooper. Chuck had a great sense of humor and always had the best jokes and a little giggle to match as he told them. He was a wonderful father and involved grandfather. His kind heart, loving nature, and warm spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Chuck was preceded in death by: his mother, Merle Proctor; step-father, Gerald Proctor; and brother-in-law, Joe Mey.
