Cody loved helping friends and family out, playing basketball and spending time in the water, especially tubing.
Cody is survived by his mother, Tina Marie LaPorte, his father, Don Moore, one sister, Amanda LaPorte, one nephew, Anjel Martinez, his grandfather, Herbert LaPorte, his aunt and uncle, Mary and Wally Smith and his girlfriend of many years, Danielle Frost.
Funeral services for Cody will be Saturday, August 20, 2016, at 2:00pm at Ever Rest Funeral Home and Chapel in Muskegon. Visitation will be from 12:00pm-2:00pm prior to funeral.
