She was born September 5, 1958 to Robert and Roberta (Crawford) Brewer who both have preceded her death. Diane was also preceded in death by siblings, Richard Brewer and Dawn Haynes.
Diane is survived by her husband, Carl Forrest Jr., daughter, Amber Nichole Forrest, son, Michael Ryan Forrest, siblings, George (Deb) Brewer, Cindy (Carl) Forrest, Edward (Clara) Brewer, Patti Brewer, and Robert (Brenda) Brewer.
Services for Diane will be held on Monday, November 25, 2019 at 3pm at Ever Rest Funeral Home and Chapel, 1783 E Keating Ave, Muskegon, with a visitation at 2pm. Diane will be interned at Egelston Township Cemetery.
