Dorothy Arlene Corley, 91, passed away peacefully December 26th from natural causes. Affectionately known as Arlene, she was born in Muskegon, MI on December 24th, 1928, to Maurice & Hilda (Shimeldecker) Curtice. In October 1948, she married William L Corley, whom preceded her in death in April 2013. Arlene and William had two sons and a daughter (Roger Corley, William L. Corley, and Carol Lee Allender) and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. Arlene was actively involved with Family Bible Church and shared her love of family with many foster children over the years. Outside of family time, Arlene was an avid fan of the Detroit Tigers. She spent many hours and seasons watching and rooting for her Tigers.
Family and friends will be gathering at Family Bible Church on Friday, January 3, 2020. Visitation will be held at 12:00pm with a service at 1:00pm. A luncheon will be served at the church immediately following the service.
