Ed was born August 26, 1946, the son of Edward and Jean Pant. Ed worked as an electrical engineer for the majority of his career. He was a member of the Moose and Elk lodge in Ionia, and the Muskegon Coin Club. He enjoyed collecting coins, golfing, camping, watching sports, and taking pictures of mountains. He was a sentimental guy with a tough shell and a soft inside. He had a great sense of humor and he will be deeply missed.
Ed is survived by: his children, Bob (Nicki), Joe (Anne), Tom (Michelle), and Ken (Jennifer); 14 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and 1 sister.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service will take place at 12:00 PM on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at Ever Rest Funeral Home and Cremation Chapel 1783 E Keating Avenue Muskegon. Visitation will start at 10AM and will continue until the time of service.
