Gerald found joy in immersing himself in the world of cinema and developed a deep appreciation for German cuisine. He was a hardworking individual, having served in the Army. His tenure as a prison guard at the Missouri State Prison held significant value for him.
He is survived by his daughter, Brenda Kelley; grandchildren: Brandon (Breanna) Bennitt, Kyleigh (Michael) Karell, and Kadie Juska; great-grandchildren: Braxton and Brewer Bennitt, step-daughter, Manuela (Veronica) Ritter; brothers Arthur Kelley and William (Susan) Kelley,sister-in-law Jo Kelley along with many nieces and nephews.
Gerald was preceded in death by his parents, wife Karin Kelley and brother, Larry Kelley; sister-in-law, Ruthann Kelley.
Cremation has taken place and his final resting place is at Gottingen, Germany.
