Gilbert Ray Hall Sr., age 79, passed away on August 10, 2025 at Trinity Health Muskegon Hospital. He was born on October 3, 1945 to Jesse and Rebecca Hall and lived in Muskegon his entire life. He was employed at Shaw Walker and Knoll Group.
In his younger days he enjoyed riding his motorcycle and snowmobile. As the years went by, he rode his bike many miles nearly everyday. He enjoyed playing card games with his friends and enjoyed going to the Little River Casino. He enjoyed his granddaughters and was always looking forward to those special hugs from them. Hannah and Tess will miss those special hugs from their grandpa.
Gilbert was preceded in death by: his parents, Jesse and Rebecca; his daughter, Shari; sister, Fay; and brother in law, Bob.
Survivors include: his son, Gilbert Jr.; granddaughters, Hannah and Tess Kayser; brothers, Willard, Jim, and David; sisters, Peggy and Debbie; and best friend, Glenda.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
In accordance with Gilbert’s wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are being planned at this time.
