Harold was born in Muskegon August 6, 1949 to Doran and Geraldine (Russel) Gundy. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, serving during Vietnam on the U.S.S. Buck. Harold enjoyed hunting with family in his younger years and eventually retired from Semco.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Eugene John Gundy, and sister Rebecca Gundy.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years Evelyn Gundy; in laws, Kathy Tawney, Ralph Bidelman Jr., and Ken (Louann) Bidelman; many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
Private services with Military Honors will be held. Burial will be in Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
