Harvey Eugene French

Harvey was born to his parents, Calvin and Edna French. Harvey worked as a research & development manager for Howmet Aerospace. Harvey enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing, working in his yard, operating heavy machinery, working with his hands, and a good game of Uno. What most saw as work, Harvey saw as enjoyment. More than anything though, he loved spending time with his family and friends. Harvey was a hardworking, generous man who will be deeply missed.

The family would like to send special thanks to the staff at Mercy Hospital for their exceptional care.

Harvey is survived by: his wife, Teresa French; children, Tim (Barbara) French, Debbie (Michael) Stong, and Leah (Daniel) Frashier; grandchildren, Amber (Tom) Anderson, Michael (Wendy) Stong Jr., Jason French; 4 great-grandchildren; brothers, Tom, Robert, Ralph, Chester, and Jim; and sister, Linda.

He was preceded in death by: his parents; brother, Calvin; and step-son, Kalob.

A Funeral Service will take place at 2:00 PM with a luncheon to follow on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at Christian Life Church 16765 Hemlock Drive, Spring Lake MI. There will be a Visitation that will take place from 12:00-2:00PM prior. Interment will take place a Ferry Township Cemetery-South.
