Jamie Whitney Dassow

Jamie was born May 29, 1964, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Gary and Janice Dassow. In 1993, he married the former Tammy Sue Reed, who he loved dearly. Jamie worked most of his time as a salesman. For many years he worked at Oven fresh and his most recent was with Fun and Sun RV. He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing. He also enjoyed yearly trips to Wisconsin to see the Green Bay Packers with his best friend Rich, golfing outings with the guys, and many fishing trips. Working on his mini farm was his passion. Jamie will be remembered for his down to earth nature, sense of humor and his willingness to help others. He especially enjoyed living next door to the Howling Timbers and Loved the Howl. The most joy in his life came from his children and grandchildren. He will be deeply missed.

Jamie is survived by: his wife, Tammy; children, Jessica (Robert) DeJonge, Steven Hascher, Ronald Hascher and; grandchildren, Jacob (Alexis) Reed, Kyleigh (Edmari) Dejonge, Aiden Hascher, Jamison DeJonge, Kyrsen Lacy, Charleigh DeJonge; mother, Janice Richard’s, brother, Michael J. Dassow; half brother, Eric Dassow; best friends of 45 years, Richard and Kellie Fleischman and many more treasured friends.

He was preceded in death by: his father Gary G. Dassow, Sr.; in-laws, Darlene Stewart (Reed) and Robert J. Reed; grandparents, Irene & Ward Whitney, and Ardell and Phyllis Dassow; and brother, Gary G. Dassow II, step dad; Jack Richard’s

A celebration of life gathering will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 from 3:00-6:00pm at Ever Rest Funeral Home & Chapel
