Janice M. Terrien, age 60, of Whitehall, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her children on Sunday, July 26, 2015. She was born on January 29, 1955 to parents Francis and Doris Terrien, who survive her. Janice retired after 30 years of teaching at Whitehall District Schools. Janice will be lovingly remembered by her children: Jennifer (Chris) Yeager, of Muskegon, Jon O’Brien, of Muskegon, Jeff (Brittany) Hagen, of Kalamazoo, Jill Hagen, of Whitehall; grandchildren: Breanna O’Brien, Chase Yeager; siblings: Sue Terrien, of Twin Lake, Mike (Cindy) Terrien, of Florida, Dale Terrien, of Muskegon, Vicki (Bryan) Slocum, of Muskegon; nieces and nephews: Brian Terrien, Tracy Vandenakker, and Brent Terrien. She was preceded in death by brother, Steve Terrien, of Twin Lake. A memorial service is planned for August 8th, 2015 from 2-4pm at her daughter’s house at 2295 Washington Avenue in North Muskegon, MI.
