On June 14, 1952, Jeanette embarked on a beautiful journey of love by marrying Robert Cooper. Together, they nurtured a family of five children, built a wonderful life, and crafted countless cherished memories. Their love story, however, faced a heartbreaking chapter with Robert's passing on February 28, 1994. Jeanette's resilience shone through when she found love again with Larry DeHaven, marrying him on July 26, 2014. Their time together was filled with laughter and companionship, creating a bond that was deeply meaningful. Sadly, this joyful chapter came to an end with Larry's passing on August 29, 2019. Jeanette's life reflects both the joy of love and the heartache of loss, a testament to the enduring spirit of her heart.
Jeanette embraced the thrill of playing cards, always ready for a challenge—especially when fortune smiled upon her. Her passion for cardinals reflected a meaningful connection in her life, accompanied by a deep appreciation for the strength of lighthouses and the resilience of frogs.
Jeanette leaves behind her children: Sandra (Kim) Erickson, Lorri Anderson, and Bob (Chris) Cooper; 21 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren. She is reunited in Heaven with her husband Robert Cooper, daughters Wenda and Theresa, and her beloved husband Larry DeHaven.
A Memorial service is scheduled for Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., with visitation one hour prior, allowing for shared reflections and warm memories. Following the uplifting service, burial will occur at Sunrise Memorial Gardens at 2:00 p.m. After the burial, the family warmly invites all guests to join them for a comforting luncheon.
In lieu of floral tributes, the family respectfully requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, supporting the ongoing fight against cancer.
