Jeffery Paul Herder
December 20, 1969 – May 21, 2019
Jeffery Paul Herder, age 49 of Muskegon, Michigan passed away after a short battle of cancer on the 21st of May 2019 at the Leila and Cyrus Poppen Hospice Residence. Jeffery Paul Herder was born on the 20th of December in 1969 to parents Larry Herder and Debbie Grembowski. He graduated from North Muskegon Public Schools in 1988. Later on he obtained a degree from Lansing Community College. Jeff worked at Redi-Rental until 2013, and he had worked here for most of his career.
Jeff was a great family man and a loving father. Jeff married Lisa Wisniewski on the 21st of September 1996. Jeff and Lisa were married for six years. During this time Jeff became a step father to Mindy Wisniewski (Snyder) and the couple had two beautiful daughters together.
Jeff was a social, active man, and when he was not at work he loved to work on side projects. Anything that needed to be done, he was the man to do it. During the earlier years of his life, he enjoyed sailing on Lake Michigan with his boat named Elizabeth, listening to Jimmy Buffet, and watching the weather channel. His family and friends will always remember him as a very hard working man.
Jeffery is survived by his parents; Larry and Roxanna Herder, Debbie Grembowski; his daughters, Kristina and Katrina Herder; his brothers, Jason (Angela) Herder, Josh (Stefanie) Herder, and Justin (Grace) Herder. His Nephews; Alex and Zach Herder. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Marvin J. Herder. A celebration of life is scheduled for the 22nd of June, 2019, from 2-5pm at the Lithuanian Club in Muskegon. 2152 9th St, Muskegon, MI 49444. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Jeffery’s life. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at the Poppen House Residence for the wonderful service that was provided to not only Jeff’s comfort, but to the family as well.

Jeff was a good spirited man. He loved his daughters. My family shared many good memories with Jeff and Tammy. Every birthday or family event we had for my chldren or grandchildren he provided what ever we needed. RIP Jeff
