Judy was born January 2, 1940, the daughter of William and Wilma McCartney. She was married to her husband Carl for over 50 years. She enjoyed music, playing bingo and board games and was a talented artist. She was a strong, independent woman with a keen sense of humor. She served as the loving matriarch of her family and will be deeply missed.
Judy is survived by: her two sons, Andy (Rhonda) and Todd (Rachael); grandchildren, Lane, Lily, William, and Charlie; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, three brothers and seven sisters.
A memorial service will take place at 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at Ever Rest Funeral Home and Cremation Chapel 1783 E Keating Avenue Muskegon. Visitation will take place on Wednesday from 5:00-7:00 PM and also 1 hour prior to the start of the service, also at the funeral home.
