Kenneth Charles Rull

Kenneth was born January 26th, 1960 to Roger and Lois (Rusco) Rull in Muskegon,Michigan and was a lifelong resident of the Wolflake area. Kenneth worked at Subsurface, Shape Inc., Kenneth then went on to become the owner of his own tree company, Rull’s Tree service, where he worked as a lifelong tree trimmer. Kenneth also worked for his very special cousin, Randy Anderson, who is the owner of River Rat Canoe Rental. Kenneth enjoyed hunting, fishing, mushroom picking, going kayaking, and canoeing down the river. He loved going to the races at his local racetracks, and spending time with family and friends.

On April 11th 1980, he married his high school sweetheart Shirley L. Carpenter and she survives him along with their 2 children, Kenny Rull (Mandy Beets), Krystal (Kevin) Erickson, 10 grandchildren, Nathanial, Riley, Karson and Alivia Rull, Courtney Boes, Kevin Jr., Jozalynn, and Kendelynn Erickson, Madi and Korson Bowen. He is also survived by his mother Lois Rull (Rusco), 2 sisters Robin (Mike) Budwick, Lorri Fowler. His brothers and sisters in law Rick (Kim) Carpenter, Don Carpenter, Joe (Ardy) Carpenter, Carroll Carpenter, Tom(Barb) Carpenter, as well as, several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and very special friend Gary Grabe.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his father Roger Rull, mother in law Arlene Carpenter, father in law Tom Carpenter Sr., and his very special friend Mark Bondraut.

There will be a service at the Egelston township cemetery on Saturday, March 13th, 2021 at 12:00pm.
