Larry Alvin Bloomfield, formerly of Rockford, Michigan, 82, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 30, 2025. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Terry; her three children, William, Damon, and Wendy; his daughter Angela and her mother Antonina; as well as 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Larry graduated from Rockford High School and then enlisted in the Navy, where he served for four years. Larry retired from Xerox after 34 years on the job. He then moved to Muskegon, where he enjoyed golfing, riding snowmobiles, remodeling, playing music, and spending time with family. He thoroughly enjoyed playing lead guitar with the Noname band and performed regularly at the VFW on Apple Avenue.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, and 1 sister.
A celebration of Larry's life will be held on September 28th at 2 PM at the VFW Post 7729 located at 6285 E Apple Ave. Muskegon, MI 49442.
