Lessie was a family friend, neighbor and sister in Christ. She fondly became "grandma" to our family. Her love and support to the deaf community was never ending. I will forever be grateful for the help she gave to her deaf friend, Gracie Mae and for easing my load. We will miss you "Grandma Lessie". Psalm 116:15, "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints".
