

Mrs. Mary Lee (Ellis/Davis) Berger, age 90, passed away on Friday, March 1, 2013. She was born in Clayton, Tenn. on January 22, 1923 to the late Monroe and Amy (Keith) Ellis. Mary Lee is survived by her husband of 43 years, Paul; children, Ray (Teresa) Davis, Joey (Peggy) Davis, David (Maureen) Davis, Marie (Charlie) Rindfusz, Jeff Berger and Greg (Donna) Berger; daughter-in-law, Karen Davis; 23 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 7 great, great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her eldest son Gaylon “Chuck” Davis, and a grandson Dennis Ray “Little Ray” Davis, her parents and older brothers. Mary Lee retired after 34-years from S.D. Warren Paper Mill in Muskegon. She was a member of the East Muskegon Church of God and Oak Crest Church of God. Mary Lee enjoyed quilting and crocheting, but most of all, she loved Jesus, and being a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. This love was ever-evident, throughout her many years. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at the Ever Rest Funeral Home and Chapel. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Ever Rest. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to Harbor Hospice.
