Richard Eugene Clarke

Richard Eugene Clarke was born on February 28, 1938 to the late George and Mabel (Miller) Clarke and passed away on July 17, 2012. Richard married Regina Genereaux on May 1, 1965 at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Muskegon and she preceded him in death in March of 1994. Richard is survived by his wife, Betty Bartlett, they were married on September 14, 1996 in Saugatuck, Michigan Also surviving are his children, Richard E. (Heidi DeVille-Clarke) Clarke, of Muskegon, Regina M. (John Di Paolo) Clarke, of Muskegon, Michael G.J. (Cindy) Clarke, of Wauwatosa, WI, Tim Goller, of Oaklawn, IL, Cynthia (Greg Watling) Goller, of New London, WI; grandchildren, Rebekah (Trinity Fraser) Clarke, New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, Steven (Kayla Misgalla) Harris, Muskegon, Cheyenne Harris, of Muskegon, Ryan , Robbie and Sarah Watling, of New London, WI, Nathan Clarke of Wauwatosa, WI, great-grand son, Collin Harris of Muskegon; several nieces and nephews. Richard graduated from Muskegon High School in 1956 and worked for Sealed Power Corporation from 1965 until his retirement in 1996. He was an avid bowler and Texas Hold ‘em Poker player. He enjoyed cowboy movies, Irish music along with Banjo/Bluegrass music. According to his wishes cremation and Interment has taken place and a visitation with family will be held on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Ever Rest Funeral Home and Chapel.
