He was born in Muskegon on January 10, 1941 to Stanley and Marguerite (Eggeman) Marsh.
Richard is survived and remembered by his sons, Steven and Robert, both of Muskegon, grandchildren, Jason Brown of Somerset, Kentucky, Jillian Davis of South Bend, Indiana, Holly Gitchez of Spring Lake, Michigan, and Jessica Bye of Lansing, Michigan, and great grandchildren, Jalyn and Jadyn Brown, Clementine Metzger, Bella Davis, and Lilliana Marsh.
