Richard Alan Rudicil Sr.

Richard “Rich” Alan Rudicil Sr., age 69, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2021 in Muskegon, Michigan. Rich was born on July 29, 1951. Rich graduated from Fruitport High school. Rich then went on to work for Knoll, for 37 years, as a truck driver. Rich married his Love, Susan, and the couple spent 52 wonderful years together.

Rich was preceded in death by his parents, Ollie and Dorothy Rudicil; and siblings, Shirley Larsen, Shelly Traxler, Frank Rudicil, and Michael Rudicil.

Rich is survived by Wife, Susan Rudicil; Children, Richard A. (Kimberly) Rudicil Jr., and Michelle L. Thornton; Grandchildren, Samantha Rudicil, Alicia (John) Hill, Anthony Thornton II, Tyler (Nicole) Rudicil, and Nick (Felicia) Grabe; Great Grandchildren, Ashton and Atreyu Hill, and Jayce and Layliana Rudicil; three step Grand Children, Lilli, Shelbi, and Nikko Grabe; as well as, Ellen (Gene) Clements, Steve (Jodi) Rudicil, and Scott (Jodi) Rudicil.

Richard A. Rudicil was a loving Son, Brother, Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, and Great Friend to all who knew him. One wonderful man.

There will be a Celebration of Life Service held for Rich at 2 O’clock in the afternoon on Monday, June 28th, 2021, there will be a 1-hour Visitation prior to the service, as well as a catered luncheon to follow. The Service is set to take place at Ever Rest Funeral Home and Chapel, located at 1783 E. Keating Ave. Muskegon, MI 49442
