

Robert Carl Liljeholm II, age 53 of Muskegon, passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2016 at home. He was born January 22, 1963 in Muskegon to Robert and Joyce Liljeholm. Bobby served his country in the United States Army National Guard. He also was part owner of Sue’s Carpet Cleaning in Muskegon. Bobby will be forever remembered as “the man who knew a lot about everything”. He could always be relied on to fix what needed to be fixed and loved to teach others along the way. A perfect weekend for Bobby would be spent camping with his family, as he loved the outdoors. He’s been known to work on his motorcycle and loved to fish. Bobby was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Merlin Wiggins. He is survived by his son, Robert Carl Liljeholm III; his step children, Brandi Thies, and Jessica Spencer; his sisters, Clarice (Larry) Gomez, and Lori Larson; his grandchildren, Jaylynne Spencer, Lawrence Spencer, Tatum Hulbert, Easton Thies, and Paisley Thies; his nieces and nephews, Thomas VanderWel, Katie LaNore, Stefanie Larson, Jonathon Larson, and Crystal Larson; and many great nieces and nephews, extended family members and friends. A memorial service for Bobby will be held on Monday, April 18, 2016 at 1pm at Ever Rest Funeral Home and Chapel; 1783 E. Keating Ave. in Muskegon. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, beginning at 12pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
