Cooper served in the United States Army from August 1962-July 1965, and worked as a car salesman and a handyman for years. Stanley worked hard and loved even harder.
He is survived by his spouse of 22 years, Nancy, his son, Bryan (LuAnne) Cooper, step-children, Albert Meyer, Jr., Bryan (Dawn) Johnson, and Jodie (Mike) Landers, grandchildren, Madison and Aubrey Cooper, Kristin, Miranda, Ashley, Asyia, Brailey, Breyton, and 9 great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
He has been reunited with those who have passed before him. The family sends a very special thank you to Harbor Hospice of Muskegon for their help and support during this most difficult time.
A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held at Jefferson Towers (1077 Jefferson St, Muskegon, MI 49440) Community Room, on February 1, 2020, at 2pm with Pastor David Schoonbeck officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations go to Harbor Hospice of Muskegon or Grace Bible Church.
