I wasn't sure how much older than me Terry was. But, my memories of Terry were when he was in the Marines. I remember how proud the family was of him. We were at Aunt Myrtle and Uncle Harold's the night they came to tell them that Terry was hurt and was being taken to the hospital in Anna, I think. I think I was 8 at the time. I knew that he and our dad were close. I guess Terry was kind of like the cool older cousin to us. I know it is sad for his children and grandchildren, his wife Diane, and the rest of the family that he has gone so soon. Prayers and condolences to all of you.
