Virginia May Galindo

Ginny attended Muskegon Public Schools and went on to work for and retired from Stanco Metal - formerly Peerless Novelty. After her retirement she also worked for Senior Resources. Ginny loved being a caregiver and was a kind and compassionate woman. She was a social butterfly and loved to spend time with her friends. Anytime she went to an event, she was always the first to arrive and the last to leave. Ginny also had a strong faith and a deep love for Christian music and was always singing. She was a parishioner of East Muskegon Church of God and Broadway Baptist Church. In her free time, she enjoyed plants, word search puzzles, and crochet. Ginny will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Ginny was preceded in death by: daughter, Brenda Willea; parents, Orville and Mary Gee; siblings, Doris, Irene, Evelyn, Orville Jr., Norman, Carl, Marilyn, and an infant brother; as well as special friends, Donnie Conrad, and Francis Ferrier.

Ginny is survived by: children, Diane (Brian) Jackson, and Steve (Lori) Willea; grandchildren, Jessica (Tom), Brian II (Allison), George (Christina), Jacob (Trisha), Donnie III, Brandon, and Brittany; great grandchildren, Michaela (Jayden), Gabriel, Abigail (Elijah), Caleb (Kensie), Josiah, Korbin, Ashley, Angel, Aiden, Drake, Jacob II, Jett, Savannah (Brenden), Damien, Cody, and Kayla; great great grandchildren, Sebastian, Ian, Leia, and Roman; sisters, Catherine Purcell, and Sandy (Louie) Benedict; many nieces and nephews; and long-time friend, Darlene (Matt) Millard.

Visitation will be held at Broadway Baptist Church, 2860 Oak Lane, Muskegon, MI 49444, on October 1, 2026, at 10:00 am, followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 am. Virginia will be laid to rest at Egelston Township Cemetery.
