Charlotte was born in Ladysmith, British Columbia on May 3, 1940.
Charlotte will be missed by her loving husband of 58 years, brother, 5 children, 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Steve and Charlotte settled in Cedar where they raised their children. Charlotte was very involved with softball in Cedar and
could always be found at the ballpark. They moved up island to Parksville, British Columbia for roughly five years and then came back to Cedar. Charlotte worked as a meat wrapper for many year and when her husband retired they began selling Lifetime Cookware. This gave them the opportunity to travel around B.C. in their motorhome. Together they enjoyed watching ball games and meeting new people. Once they officially retired, they settled into Ladysmith and then Nanaimo.
Charlotte could always be found whipping up a batch of cookies or her world famous cinnamon buns. She will be forever missed by all her family and friends.
A celebration of life will be arranged in the Spring of 2024. If desired, a donation in Charlotte’s name could be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the SPCA as she was always fond of animals.
