David Maxwell Pearson, son of Marina and Martin, born in Burnaby BC on January 22, 1989, passed away peacefully on March 7, 2016 in the Palliative Care Unit at the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital.
Despite being diagnosed at age 2 with Niemann-Pick Type C (NPC), he exceeded every expectation and often said he loved his life , and considered himself a lucky person. David was grateful for each person who touched his life.
He is survived by his parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
