James Donald Robert Holland

On July 18, Jim made a graceful and dignified exit with Mary, his beautiful wife of 54 years, at his side. Supported by his children, George (Karla) & Nora (David), and his grandchildren, Samuel & Riley, he is now at peace.

Many thanks to Jim & Mary’s wonderful friends and extended family for their love and support over the last several months.

His family also extends their deepest gratitude to the team at the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital (NRGH) Palliative Unit for their extraordinary care and compassion during Jim’s final days. Any memorial donations can be made to the NRGH Palliative Unit and will be well appreciated by the family.

A Celebration of Life will be held September 25th at the Nanaimo Golf Club.
