To Jeffs Family, We are so sorry for your loss, when we heard of his passing we could not believe it we still don't want to accept it. We loved him as a brother a friend and someone you could count on. We will remember his humour, his quirks and most of all his smile and presence. Most of all we will miss his stories of the most precious thing in his life, Maddie. He loved that little girl and was the best father! We will miss you Jeff and wish we could see you and Stevie walk threw our door one last time and wish we could give you another hug at the door! We love you and always will and will keep your memories alive! Gone to soon rest in peace!

I met Jeff diving-his enthusiasm for the wonders of the ocean was infectious -as was his amazing smile visible above water before we descended. Jeff’s incredible laugh and smiles made every dive a fabulous dive -always encouraging and respectful of other divers, irrespective of experience and ability, Jeff was always inspiring.-a truly philanthropic human being -above and below water . Love to you and your Jeff -I’ll be seeing you underwater ❤️
