Kate Louise Pratt

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Katie “Billie” Pratt . Born and raised in Vancouver B.C. by her grandparents, then her aunt and uncle. Survived by her nephew Rick, niece Lynnea, grand niece Kristen and grand nephew Jesse. Great grand nephews Josh, Nick, great grand niece Abi. Half sisters Joan and June and Niece Maria (Paul). Along with many others referred to as family. Predeceased by her husband Fred, Sister Babe and Brother-in-law Ron.

Katie "Billie” was a long time light housekeeper with her husband Fred. Katie loved living with the ever changing ocean views. She could forecast the weather with great accuracy. Her infectious smile and warm welcomes made everyone feel at home. She loved to cook and bake for her ongoing company. She enjoyed playing cards with friends. Katie had a lot of fun collecting as many teddy bears and limoges as she could possibly fit in her home. She loved going to spend time with her sister. She also enjoyed going for drives with her husband and shopping to add to her collections.

Katie was a very happy, friendly person who was liked by everyone she met. She was a great listener but also a great storyteller.
