It’s with great sadness and heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our Mom, Joan Ann Hodgson after a short battle with cancer. She was born in Cornwall Ontario and spent the first part of her life in many towns in Ontario. In 1992, she moved to Nanaimo, BC and worked until retirement from Malaspina Lodge.
She will be missed dearly by her daughters, son, grandchildren, great grandchildren and brother Sandra (Tom), Maggie (Cam), Francine, Richard (Sayuri), Natasha (Chad), Jason, Trevor, Madeleine, Kai, Chase, Montana and Bill (Pat & family).

There will be no service by request. In lieu of flowers the family asks that you make a small donation to the SPCA or local animal rescue.
