It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Stephen William Osolin, who passed away on May 29, 2025, at the age of 64. “Steve” is survived by his three children, Brett (Kristin), Logan, and Gray; four grandchildren; sisters Shelley (Wayne), Debbie (Mike), and Teresa (Tim); cousins Brad and Larry; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, all of whom live close by.
Steve was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Diane Osolin, and his grandparents, Alfred and Grace Osolin, and Royal and Ethel Williams.
Steve worked as a plumber/pipefitter with various companies on Vancouver Island and in Alberta, and he could also be found tinkering on vehicles if family or friends needed assistance. Just like his father, Steve could fix anything.
Steve played as hard as he worked, and was known for his adventurous spirit, infectious laughter, and his willingness to help whenever he could. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
There will be no service.
