We are planning a celebration of life for Wendy Falkenberg on Saturday, July 23rd, from 1- 4 pm at our home. Wendy loved to entertain and have lots of people over. We will have some drinks and a few snacks. If you would like to bring a dish to share to this potluck style event, that would make all of us and Wendy happy. We will be outside rain or shine (although we hope to have some good weather by then and a few tents), so please dress accordingly. We will gather to share photos, stories, and memories. We will start a potluck dish list so we don’t end up with 47 potato salads. Bring a lawn chair and a couple of beverages and we will all join together in remembering Wendy.
Please private message me for our address and further details or email us at [email protected]
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us We look forward to seeing everyone.
With Love,
The Falkenbergs

In early January 2022 my dear wife, mother to my daughters, and dear friend to many, passed away from Cancer. She did not talk about it much and many people did not know she had it. She was still hiking 10km with her dogs 6 weeks before she passed away. She was Wendy right until the end. A few people have said to me that they often ask themselves #WhatWouldWendyDo when they are out hiking or doing outdoor activities. I think that sums it up with how Wendy lived life. A happy, beautiful person who lived life and loved life. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and friend; loved by her family and many friends.
Wendy wanted everyone to know that she enjoyed all of her friends very much and that you were all special to her, each in your own way. Wendy told me she had a great life and had no regrets. Her family and friends contributed greatly to that wonderful life.
I know everyone will miss her very much. I will love her forever and always.
