

Alma Dorothy Livingston Cambridge was born November 30, 1931 in, Hamilton County, Jasper Florida, the daughter of Luther Dee and Katie Bell Livingston.
Alma was married to Herbert V. Cambridge (Deceased) and was a long-standing member of Bethel A.M.E. Church, Naples Florida until she moved to Tampa Florida in 2011. In 1959 Alma came to Naples Florida where she was the secretary at George Washington Carver School and where she helped established the Fun Time Nursery. A few years later she began teaching courses at Edison Community College in Fort Myers Florida. In 1967 Alma began teaching business courses at Naples High School. From 1974 to 1981 Alma taught business courses at Pine Ridge Middle School and retired as a guidance counselor at Lely High School.
Alma is survived by; daughters Kathy Cambridge Aldrich, Karen Cambridge Johnson, Karla Cambridge Bailey; Cousin Harold H. Clark; Nephew Gomez Timothy Cambridge Jr.; Nieces Stephanie Baker-Kpeglo, Sybil Yvette Baker; Grandchildren Michelle Lee Ford; Marsha Lorraine Ford; Herbert Lee Ford; Adrienne Bailey Davis; Jeffrey Kendall Sapp II; Amanda Bailey Schmalzried, Michael Vaughn Nevins, Nayya David El-Nevins; 4 Great Granddaughters; 6 Great Grandsons as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
