

Justo was born on June 22, 1932, in the small town of Jayuya, Puerto Rico, to Mr. and Mrs. Justo and Elvira Gandia. He attended school in Jayuya, Puerto Rico, and later married the love of his life, Ramona Torres, on March 28, 1952, in Brooklyn, New York.
Justo dedicated 23 years of service as a Senior Property Maintenance Manager at Naples Medical Center. He was also a devoted and loving member of Manantial De Vida in Naples, Florida, for 22 years, where he faithfully served and built lasting friendships within his church family.
He was preceded in death by his seven brothers and two sisters.
Justo is survived by his beloved wife, Ramona Torres Gandia; his son, Justito Gandia and family; and his sisters, Hilda and Elvira.
He will be remembered for his devotion to family, strong work ethic, faith, and kind spirit.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 30, 2026. Arrangements are entrusted to Hodges Funeral Home at Naples Memorial Gardens.
