Betty is survived by her loving husband of 68 years Edmund H. Poore, sons; Robert “Eugene” (Sandy) Poore, Timothy M. (Eleanor) Poore, her sister, Mary Lou Lauber; her grandchildren Jessica (Doug) Palmer, Jennifer Coppens, Dustin Poore, Christopher Poore, Alexis Poore, Darci (Sam) Kline and Tabitha (Jeff) Stumbo; great grandchildren, Ashleigh and Alyssa Coppens, Hadlee and Emma Kline and Victoria Stumbo. She is predeceased by son Edmund G. Poore, sister, Dorthy Eggert, brother, John Hitt, and granddaughter Katrina Poore.
Betty had many hobbies that included quilting, crocheting, crossword puzzles, playing cards and being with family and friends.

A celebration of life service for Betty will be held Thursday, August 31, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Hodges Funeral Home At Naples Memorial Gardens, 525 111th Ave N, Naples, Florida 34108. The family will receive guests from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at 11:00 AM.
