Happy birthday Chanille! Even though I can’t share a slice of cake with you, I can take extra time today to celebrate your life and memory. We met under unusual circumstances and it’s wild to think that while everything around us changed, our friendship continued to grow. While I lived on the other side of the world where America’s day begins, we didn’t let the distance end our friendship. It just continued to grow! From Alaska to Florida, I witnessed how you overcame tough times and walked away victorious. I’m proud of the mark you left behind and the love you left in my heart. I will always cherish our time together. As you said to me, “Love you. Miss you still.” ❤️❤️

Chanille was up front and honest with her client - regardless of what you thought about the problem. She not only knew the legal aspects but she could read the tea leaves well before it had steeped!! As a result you knew not to waste your time on the situation as she indirectly cautioned you in advance and was not eager to waste your money. Obviously a very rare counsel! The type that is missing at Riverwoods Plantation. 

May God Bless and keep her family as she meets Him and joins the chorus of angels - each a  reflection of her very being!!

The staff of Property Management Professionals are shocked and sad to hear the news of Chanille's passing.  She will be missed.  We send our deepest  sympathy to her family and friends in this time of sorrow.

As President of our HOA, Club Homes I, we  all express our sadness to learn of Chanille's passing.   Chanille was not just our attorney, she was our friend.   Always sharing her thoughts to help us improve our Community.    Her guidance and direction was  appreciated and accurate for the issue.    At times I met with Chanille we started each conversation with sharing a personal family happening or story.  Chanille was interested in getting to know every aspect of her clients on a personal level, and it showed.    Chanille is one of those people you wanted on your side as a trusted professional and friend -- she was a superb attorney, and will be difficult to replace.   We will always hold you in our thoughts and prayers, Chanille, and appreciate all you did for our community.    Farewell my friend, you will be missed.

I knew Chanille as a member of Villages of Bonita board of directors, Chanille was our attorney.   So sad and sick to read of our lost.  To her family members there is few words to describe how much we admired/ cared for / appreciated her and admired her for the great person she was.  Love to all family members and friends.

I was deeply saddened to learn of Chanille's passing. As president of  our HOA I worked with her closely on many issues. She was always so pleasant, personable and knowledgeable. She was instrumental in winning us a favorable settlement in a foreclosure case that dragged on for years. When I saw her in the office shortly after we won the settlement, she gave me a big hug and said, "We did it!" She was as happy as I was. She will be sorely missed. I am sure we will say many times, "Let's ask Chanille," before we realize she is gone. Rest in peace, Chanille.
