Bill was born in Leland Mississippi to Charles William Rayburn Sr and Robbie Lee Rayburn on July 8th, 1952. He went to school and graduated from Naples High School in 1970. He worked for his family crane service for many years but found his knack as a skilled carpenter with his last project customizing all the wood work in his sister’s Patricia's house, after hurricane Ian. Bill loved to hunt and fish and found himself spending most of his time in the Florida Everglades
Bill is preceded in death by Charles William Rayburn Sr (father), Clifton Dale Rayburn (brother), JoAnn Barley (sister), and Michelle Hill (Niece).
Bill is survived by Robbie Rayburn (mother), Patricia Rayburn (sister), and long list of Nieces and Nephews.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at 10:30am for family 11:00am for friends on Saturday March 2nd, 2024 at East Naples Baptist Church (1697 Shadowlawn Drive, Naples, FL 34112) with light food after. Arrangements are by Hodges Funeral Home at Naples Memorial Gardens
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Naples Humane Society or Domestic Animal Services.
