My Sweet Little Granny ~ my heart is so heavy. I am so sorry I had no chance to say goodbye. You were a wonderful Gran. You always made me feel so very special - I am your first born grandchild you would always say and you would never let me forget that. The memories we shared I will always look back on with such happiness and warmth. Our love is for eternity and I know you know that. Love you, your first grandchild, Amy ♥️

Claire I am so sad that you have passed on without my having a chance to say goodbye. You were the sweetest mother in law I could ever have wished for. You took me in with love and open arms and the best hugs a person could give. Such a lovely and giving person you were and forever be remembered as. Time and distance never changed the warmth we felt for each other. This world is a lesser place without you but your love and warmth will remain and a happy smile and fond memories will come over me whenever I think of you. 💕Karen

Claire was like a "den mother" for building 700 at Diamond Lake. She was concerned for our welfare and wanted to make the area lovely by planting flowers. Claire and Jim had a boat race across Diamond Lake in their rubber dingy and a bottle of beer was the prize for the winner. Claire won the race! We loved her. Jim & Carolyn McDonald

Lisa, Trib,

Your mother, grandmother was a very lovely lady on the outside and inside.

She welcomed us into her life and we became friends immediately. She loved her family very much, Trib was the apple of her eye.

We used to laugh when we saw her riding her bike with her dog, Molly sitting in the basket riding around Diamond Lake, both of them smiling.

She will be sorely missed. She was always there to help her family, friends and neighbors.

Claire may God Bless you and welcome you home.
