My most sincere condolences to the Cuenya family. I’m going to miss him so much. He was like my dad and treated each of his employees like sons and daughters. Daniel is the kindest person I have ever met and had the magic to keep everyone positive and always going forward. I still can’t believe he is gone but I’m glad he’s now in peace with God in his glory. Thank you Daniel for everything. It was a pleasure working with you.

I would love to share a phrase that matilde shared with me
It is like this: death is nothing. I've only gone to the next room. I am me and you are you what we were for each other what we remain.
Call me by the name you've always called me talk to me as you always have. don't do it with a different tone in a solemn or sad way. Keep laughing at what made us laugh together. Let my name be pronounced at home as it has always been without emphasis, without shadow dreadlocks.
Life is what it has always been.
the thread is not cut because I would be out of your mind simply because I am out of your sight?
I wait for you ....... I'm not far, just on the other side of the road ..... you see everything is going well.
You will find my heart again. you will return to find my accentuated tenderness. Rinse your tears and don't cry if you love me !!

Daniel was a friend ever since we hired him to renovate our condo in 2009. He was a professional, he was creative, and he loved God! He had a heart as big as anyone I ever knew! He would give you the shirt off his back!
I will miss him! His smile and his laugh and his dedication to perfection in his work. He also made the very best chimichirra sauce ever!!
Undoubtedly, heaven gained an angel.
Rest In Peace Daniel. You are surly at God’s right hand.
